help me make this recipe WW-friendly

What can I use to substitute the mayo? Even the low-fat or FF mayo would make the points in this sky-rocket.

Amazing Butternut Squash
Recipe from allrecipes.com
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 40 Minutes
Ready In: 1 Hour
Yields: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 butternut squash- peeled,
seeded and cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup crushed saltine
crackers
2 tablespoons grated
Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted

DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a large pot, bring the squash to boil. Reduce to a simmer until squash is soft.
3.In a large bowl, mash the softened squash. Mix in the mayonnaise, onion, egg, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
4.In a medium bowl, mix together crackers, Parmesan and butter. Sprinkle over the squash mixture.
5.Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until the topping is lightly brown.

The only thing I can think of is using light or FF mayo and maybe just use egg whites.

Re: help me make this recipe WW-friendly

1/2 Cup Fat Free Mayo is 1.5 points

The recipe serves 6 , then it is a negligble amount per serving - the mayo adds less that 0.3 points per serving.

ETA: I would use Egg Whites or Egg Substitute instead of the whole egg like the recipe calls for.

Re: help me make this recipe WW-friendly

I ran it through the recipe builder as 6 servings and it is less than 2 points per serving. 14 total points for the entire dish ...

That's with egg substitute, FF Mayo. I kept the butter as is.
