Good luck April!! 70 lbs is a big number - try setting mini-goals of like 5 lbs at a time. That will definitely help

Good for you! Come up with a good plan (nutrition and exercise) and you'll do great! Also...I watch The Biggest Loser and it really motivates me....if those people can do it, so can I!
