Movie start times
I just saw on the news that NY is trying to pass legislature to require movie theatres to advertise the actual start time of movies, as opposed to the previews/commercials.
Do the commercials and previews before movies bother you? I like the previews, but could do without the commercials. I have never gotten annoyed about having to sit through any of it though, and never even thought about coming after the previews.

Sometimes I get perterbbed by it...I find it annoying to watch dancing cokes, pickles, hot dogs or whatever else they have dancing across the screen.

in the past few years, I have been getting very annoyed.
When I was a little girl, there weren't ANY previews or commericials, expect the "thank you for not smoking ad"
Then, they started to do 1 or 2 previews. Fine.
but, the last 4 times we went to the movies, I timed all of the crap and it was 30 MINUTES before the movie started.
We didn't plan on staying out an extra 1/2 hour, so we were piss'd!
I hope they do list the ACTUAL time of the movie

I hate the commercials. I go to the movies to AVOID commercials! But I usually enjoy the previews - unless there are more than 3-4!

the previews are ok, but sometimes I'm done with my popcorn before the movie starts and tha bothers me!
