Cafe Joelle in Sayville is very intimate with low lighting and great food. Bonus is that the town is so cute that you can walk down Main Street before or after to visit the shops.

Pasta Pasta is Port Jeff is great too. I love going there. The food is great and the atmosphere is good too. I believe it is the same owners as Cafe Joelle in sayville.

I second Pasta Pasta. I also love Oscar's in St. James. You can't go wrong with 21 and Main in Sayville especially on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. They have a special. You get two salads, two sides, a 12 oz filet to split and a two lb lobster to split for $80!

TERRIBLE name for that place IMO b/c it's so cute and romantic and the food is fabulous ...........
