Re: anyone take melatonin to help them sleep?
i have taken it, but the only thing that truly works for sleep for me is benadryl. When unsure of what dose to take, always start with the lowest, if you truly need you can always take more.

Re: anyone take melatonin to help them sleep?
I have taken it in the past as a sleep aid and for cluster headaches. It helps me fall asleep.

Re: anyone take melatonin to help them sleep?
I take 3mg when I know I'm too wired to fall asleep. It helps me fall asleep within 45 minutes, but if I get up again during the night, I don't fall back asleep easily.
