Help.. need a dinner Idea... Chicken.

Ok.. So i have chicken, garlic, celery, carrots, chicken broth, cooking wine, rosemary, brocolli, potatoes and yes noodles (but no I don't think Chicken soup will do it for my hubby)

Any ideas... ????

Right now im thinking of stuffing the chicken with broccoli (bake till done) and having potatoes on the side baked in oil and rosemary.

But we eat that a lot.. I wanted to try something new...

roast the chicken in the oven with the carrots and potatos in the same pan, season with garlic, rosemary and some of the cooking wine.

Saute the brocolli in a pan with some oil and garlic. serve with the chicken and cooked noodles
