question
I am TTC but I have a question for you ladies if you don't mind. I have read that after you BD you should lie down for at least 10 minutes. Did anyone find this to be true? Is 10 minutes long enough? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't know if it helped, but I always tried to stay laying down for a little while after (rather than jumping up to the bathroom as I'd usually do).
I didn't put my legs in the air

I always layed on my back for about 10 minutes..
Even when you go to a RE and they give you an insemination they make you lay for about 10-15 minutes..

We always did it - they told us to do it after our IUI too and we did. I got PG eventually but I dont know if it helped any.

I heard this too. So when we TTC, both times I did   . Didn't bother with the legs up - just went back to sleep.
