mine is pretty basic
I get THICK porkchops
I make cornbread stove top stuffing according to the box
I split open the chop by making a pocket
Stuff in the stuff then bake them for 45 minutes at 350 or until no longer pink
Nothing fancy but DELISH!

Thanks, basic is good! I'll give this a try, I have Pepperidge farm stuffing in my cabinet.
