Help Please!!
I am getting started on the new me. I know I need to use wheat flour instead of white, but that is not an option. DH is allergic to gluten in wheat products, makes he get these blisters all over. He is on medication for it. White is doable. He should not have it either, ut does not have as bad of a reaction with it. Any ideas of something else I could try?

brown rice pasta and quinoa pasta are both good options
