this can probably be either for crockpot or not:

1 green pepper
1 med onion
EVOO
1 ld ground meet (I usually do turkey)
1 (or 2) packages chilli powder
2 cans of kidney beans drained
1 jar tom sauce

in large pot heat oil then add cut up pepper and onion for a few mins till soft. Add ground meat and stir till all the meat is brown. Add all other ingrediants... saunce, beans, chilli seasoning package... (you can add any other ingrediants depending on how hot or spicy you like your chilli). Mix well and cook for half hour or so.
