My kids are...dare I say it?
Growing on me!
Okay, the talking stick idea from another poster-BRILLIANT!
They make me little bouquets of 'flowers' from sticks and leaves at recess. 
They are so excited to see me in the morning. "LOOK! It's Ms. XXX!!! Guys, Ms. XXX is here!!! "

Oh...this poor kid. I honestly do not think this is the best setting for him. But he's trying so hard and I'm modifying work, got him speech, have a check list on his desk going and praise praise praise.
It's like a classroom with a puppy in it. And he really has gotten attached to me. But he really needs one to one work and so things slide b/c I can only give him so much.
