Another Scrapbook ? regarding: transperancy overlays
I bought what i thought was a stack of really pretty paper.. not seeing Transperancy Overlays right on the cover... b/c im a dumbie. This was awhile ago so no receipt to return anymore.
My question is.. they are really cool but no clue how to use them? They are a shiney clear material.. Do i use them like reg. paper and put my pictures and designs on top of it.. or over everything?

I have used them both ways - it depends on the project. That's one of the easy things about scrapping - there's no rules!!

im doing my dds 1 year scrapbook, i guess ill have to just try and see how it works.. Im stressing out big time on this.. So far i have her sono pic pages done, and her first birth picture done.. i started first family pic right after birth page and dh said it was too blah looking.. so now im stressing again
