How do you prepare your turkey??
First time doing a turkey. Thanks!!

I really don't do much to mine and it comes out delish, and so moist!
The night before, I wash it inside and out (remember to take the bag out of the cavity!)
Give it a rubdown of olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, rub it all over the turkey.
place the turkey in a big marinating bag , back in the fridge until morning.
Day of: Stuff inside with some onions and apples
Put turkey in roasting pan, where I also put onions and apples into.
Cook until done!
