I lost ......................
I lost 18 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited. I went to the nutritionist today and could not believe it myself , until she took a pic of me and showed me my before picture. I am so psyched. I have a copy of the pic and it is on my fridge. I had to tell all of you, you have been so great in cheering me on!
