UGH! Need to find a new PCP . . . AGAIN

So we moved, I found a new PCP I liked, but now the hours do not work for me. They're only open M-F and last appt is 4:30. The office is in Mattituck. i work in Bohemia M-F 8-5pm, so it doesn't work-- I cannot take time off as I would not get paid.

I am looking for a PCP in between work and home. Work= Bohemia and Home=Riverhead.

Evening and or weekend hours.

Preferably female and preferably good speaking English (I've had previous Drs who spoke English, but had such thick accents I could barely understand them).

Oh, and I have HIP insurance.

I need to find one ASAP as I need to get a referral to a Neurologist sooner rather than later.

I only know the doctor I work for they have two offices One in Rosedale & Garden City, its two women that own the practice.
