So I accepted the job
I accepted the job at the rate they originally offered it to me. Its a city job, so there isn't much negotiation I could do. But I feel good about it!!!
So now i have to fill out paperwork, meet with the commissioner of the department, and wait for them to process my paperwork!!!
I just can't wait to give notice!!!
