It's tooooo hot to run outside...

I have been running since March (outside only) and I have been doing great- up until this week that is. The humidity is sucking the life out of me. I usually do about 3 miles a day, and this week I can't even do 2. Is this happening to anyone else? Will i get used to the heat? I hate the treadmill, so a gym membership is out of the question. I need support...

I try to go at like 8
If you are doing 3 miles at say 10minutes a mil then you will be done at 8:30 and it is still light/safer outside but cooler
