MSWs/related field looking for a job?

I am looking to hire someone to cover the Nassau/Suffolk regions for a community-based Service Coordinator role.

MUST be an individual with a MSW/Master's in Psych/Certified Rehab Counselor/RN/Speech Pathologist/Certified Special Education teacher or Occupational Therapist with

at least ONE year of direct WORKING (not internship!) experience providing case management services to individuals with disabilities

OR

be an individual with a BA degree and at least 2 years of direct WORKING (not internship!) experience with individuals with disabilities.

Ideal candidate should also be able to write and communicate extremely well,
have strong working knowledge of
of Nassau/Suffolk resources and be comfortable working independently.

Main office is located in Lynbrook, NY.
