Core Fusion or Ballet Method
Has anyone taken these core classes that seem to be the big thing at many gyms now? It is a combination of pilates, ballet barre, and yoga for a killer sculpting class. I started taking it religiously a few months ago and was wondering if anyone here sees a big difference having taken it or has heard about it?

where do you take them? i'd love to do that.
i did a six week musical theater intensive one summer and took ballet three times a week for six weeks and the resulst were unbelievable.

My pilates studio offers a Ballet workout which is what you just described. I was taking it before I got pregnant and I definitely noticed a difference.
