I just got the call...

from my pharmacy re: mailing out my meds. I can't believe that I'm going to say this- I had a mild panic attack! WHY????
I have been waiting for what feels like forever to get started again and when they called me just now I couldn't even set up a date... I told them I'd have to call them back b/c I have to talk to my nurse (which I did) but I could've just set up a date... I felt like a deer in headlights.
I'm scared and yet I want to start again- I have to - for my own sanity..... ugh why are things so complicated? Why can't things be easier????
Sorry - no one has to answer this- I just needed to get it out I guess.....

Thanks. I've had a few hours to process this... and I've decided it's normal. I'm going to take it one day at a time....

I think your feelings are totally normal, given the situation. You are about to put your heart back out there on the line again, with no guarantees about what will happen. It's hard, but you will get through it and it will all be worth it in the end!
