So who can help me find something?

I have a kid with REALLY poor handwriting and he's not qualifying for OT yet. I'm on the 10th idea which is having him writing on graph paper. Problem is most graph paper is small, so I have resorted to enlarging it and copying it. But then I have the pleasure of cutting it out and gluing the pages into his notebook. WE HAVE 4 NOTEBOOKS!!! I can't do that for the rest of the year. So I'm on a mission. Either I find a graph paper notebook OR I just keep enlarging the paper but put it in a 3 ring binder.

Ideas or solutions?

Oooh, I think I might have the idea!!! He's in 1st grade so this might be tough. I'll get him a binder and then colored dividers (we use a color system to differetiate what notebook to use when) and I'll just copy the paper for him and have my monitors punch holes and put the rings on.

you could do that. one of my kids has a graph paper marble notebook, but its atiny tiny grid.

That's the thing...he can't write THAT small. I went to staples today and came home and assembled everything. Just have to copy more paper, punch holes and HOPEFULLY he'll use it.

edhelper.com has graph paper templates to print out. there are various sizes to choose from. perhaps one of these might the size you need?

kudos to you for being such a caring teacher! i hope his parents realize what an effort you are putting forth to help their child attain success!
