We got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My FIL found us a house a few months back that this older lady was thinking of selling but she didn't know when. My DH and I fell in love with this place. She didn't call us back for a month and I got scared because I had had a dream that she choked on a hersheys kiss and died. I called my FIL in a panic and said have you heard from her and he said yeah she is in the hospital. I flipped (No she didn't choke on a kiss) but now she can not go home alone because she is to shaky so she is moving in with her niece and has to sell the house. We are going to contract ASAP and closing. I can not believe it is happening. THe house needs a TON of work so I will be moving in with my parents till the work is done and it is safe for me and the new baby to move into.

Congratulations where is the house?
The house is in sound beach and in miller place school district. I am so excited. It has a nice piece of property and a two car garage.
