Where to begin??
I've been letting myself go for the past 5 months. Stress & feeling down has left me unmotivated and eating a lot more. I can't get myself out of the rut. What's gonna shake me out of this?! What helps you?

Losing weight, getting in shape...it's very much a mental thing. You need to be in a positive state of mind in order to make a change. So that would be where I'd say to start; stop thinking about how you've let yourself go and how you don't like the way you look, and start thinking more about changing your eating habits and exercising, and envisioning the body that you want. Then make up an eating and workout plan and stick to it!
