Just curious about your doctor
Do you have to go elsewhere for sono's or do you get them right in the office?
My doctor has a machine in the office.

My ob/gyn had machine in the office-I had all my sonos, including my level 2 there.

They have a machine in the office, but for the big sonos, like the level II, I have to go elsewhere.

My doctor has one there...but I had to go to the hospital to get one once because the sono tech wasn't there and the girl at the front desk made my appointment too late in the day.

I had 3 internal sonos and two external sonos at my doctors office. However, the Level II he sent me elsewhere.

He has one in his office, so I had my first 3 done there, but I had to go to the hospital for my 20 week and any coming ones.

I get all my sonos done in the office with the exception of the level 2. I have a new insurance carrier and they aren't contracted with the office for the level 2.
Its a real PITA b/c where I'm going doesn't offer night or weekend hours so I now have to have DH juggle his work schedule and I have to drop the baby off.
I don't understand why the level 2 has to be done elsewhere - its still a sono.

All of my sono's are done at the hospital's radiology dept which is in a different building...but they are right next to each other.

I had most at my dr's office. I had a coupel at the high risk dr's office because at the end of my pregnancy I had to see them every other week and get one.
