Sorry to hear that. The economy is really bad, but I'm sure he'll find the perfect job.

Re: What is wrong with my dh??
He must be missing something in the interview process. If he attended a local school, he may want to check in with the career services office to see if they have free services for alumni, and ask if they have a mock interview program in which they video tape the interview process, and then critique the tape. We offer this service in my office, (I'm a career counselor), and it is one of the most effective ways to practice and find out what you're doing right/wrong.
Make sure he is doing research on the company and industry ahead of time. Prepare questions. Identify skills and qualifications that are important to the employer/position, and practice highlighting previous experiences to make himself "fit" into what they are looking for. After the interview, it is extremely important to send a thank you letter to the interviewers. I have seen too many people that have lost jobs for just this reason.
If he has specific questions, please feel free to FM.

Thanks so much. Every interview is promising and they make him feel like he got the job when he leaves. I guess because there are so many people out there looking for jobs. Ugghhh!!
