regular sono is a look at your beautiful baby. A 3-d shows the baby in 3-d. Used a lot for diagnostics but also a lot for fun. Level II is when they measure the babies organs, bones and body and compare that to what a normal baby should be.

Well they did all the measuring at my 20 week sono... not everyone gets a level II...
In my office... as long as your baby cooperates and they can get everything they need...you wont have a level II...some offices just send you straight for it...
