Cardio Kickboxing
About how much is it a month/ I just saw a new place open by me but it is $130 a month for unlimited classes but my Dh works late 2 nights a week and Dance class is on Sat at the same time. It just seems like a lot of money for 2 classes a week. I don't knw, is it? What is the going rate?

That sounds like a lot. I think you might be better off joining a regular gym that offers kickboxing classes. I used to pay $50 a month at XSport in Roosevelt Field and the classes there were unlimited.

I took cardio kickboxing and it was held at a Karate place. it was $8 a class and you didnt have to sign up for any number of classes...jsut show up

This place has an AWESOME total body shaping program. It includes strength training and cardio. I believe unlimited classes per month is $80 per month but that is 5 classes a week.

I just joined a kickboxing place. I LOVE it!
It's cardio plus actually kicking/punching a bag.
it's been 4 weeks & I already see such a difference. My friend and I are addicted to it.
It's cko kickboxing in copiague, sunrise highway (631) 532-6262.
it's $59 a month, unlimited classes.

I pay $65 a month and it's unlimited classes (seven days a week). They have a morning class and evening class everyday with the exception of Fri-Sun. THey just have morning classes on those days. On Monday & Thursday mornings they also have an additional 6:15 a.m. class so there are 3 classes available on these days.

I paid 65 a mt unlimited but wound up joining a gym because it was cheaper!
