UGH
I just went to speak to my boss to request a promotion, and halfway through my 3rd sentence, he cut me off and took a "very important" phonecall.
It took me 3 weeks to muster up the nerve to do this, and now I have to sit here and wait for him to get off the phone...

Too late, I already brought it up. I was JUST starting to state my case... I don't know how long I'll have to wait now, but it's making me more nervous than I was before!
