MY AC IS BROKEN!!!
i swear it is a million degrees down here in DC, DH is away and i woke up this morning and i felt like i was in an inferno! i thought maybe the cleaning service may have hit the AC when cleaning so i checked it and it was normal. so i put it down as COLD as it goes figuring i could cool off the apt that way and NOTHING!!! i am sweating BULLETS!!
at least i live in a managed building so they called maitenece, i went to get my nails done. i came back the thing in the wall where the filter is has been taken apart adn is in pieces, but the guy isnt here!! UGH!!
i think i am just going to go sit at the pool or IN The pool with my book so i can cool off!

thank GOD it is fixed!
eta that was a tease....i went into the other room because i thought he had left...but it is still in pieces. now i am going to the pool for real
