when does normal af return??
so i had a natural miscarriage....when you girls say chemical (i think this means a pregnancy that was only really chemical in nature), I think I had a chemical. My doctor thinks I was only about 3 weeks along, and I didn't need a d&c. I stopped bleeding on Sat, and now today (monday) I had one spot, so I don't consider that bleeding. When can I expect normal AF to come back??? I'm so used to being on such a regular schedule that I hate not knowing when to even begin expecting it

I got AF right on schedule after I stopped bleeding from my m/c. I was about 5.5 weeks.
Got AF 28 days after I stopped bleeding.

I got af right on schedule as well -I had a 28 day cycle

My OB told me I should expect it about 1 month after the m/c.
