I'm starting WW tomorrow.....
....and hopefully for good this time. I am absolutely disgusted with myself! Time to cut down on eating crap, lose some weight, and feel better!

I've been doing WW on and off. I don't really care for the meetings. I like the online tools. I'm trying to convince DH that it's not just for women. He wants to get healthy and in shape too so I thought it was something we could do together.

A little rough- its more difficult then I remember!!!
But I've been staying in my points- and skipping dessert at night (a big downfall for me)- and drinking lots of water!
