feeling sad

I know I am oversharing, and people I know might be reading this...but I am so sad. I know TTC right now isn't realistic for DH and I. But he just told me that he basically wants to wait another 12-14 months to try! I really was hoping to have my first at 30, with this plan I would be 31 (considering everything worked right away). and if you are looking for houses right now and are going to have to sell yours...

it is a lot of STRESS STRESS STRESS....

maybe it is better to wait a bit

well....i would just give it time...
the spring is coming and then the summer

these are really good times to start looking around at the houses and maybe even start getting your own condo ready to sell

Fresh coats of paint, little updates, etc etc!

And i bet when he sees a house he really likes he will change his mind....

that or the GREAT money you will make off the sale of your condo Chat Icon

Either way maybe you could talk more and come to a compromise...

Maybe try to get a plan in place...
Meaning i would coax him into it by saying:
It is ideal to put your condo for sale in late spring, early summer...
Plus summer is the best time to be looking for a home...
HENCE...
if you do this next year...
You would be in house maybe next late summer-fall
you will have have to do some immediate repairs and what not..
Sooooooooo
Maybe it is best to put the condo up for sale THIS late spring-early summer as well as going house hunting....

Chat Icon Thank you for being so positive...I know it will all work out. DH is such a planner! But I think the house hunting/condo selling idea will be more appealing in the spring/summer...so maybe that will get the ball rolling. Thank you so much for listening! It really helps!Chat Icon
