Is anyone familiar with 2nd Ave. & 9th Street in the city?
Sorry, total LI gal here... I hardly go into the city.
Can someone help me find a good restaurant nearby? DH and I are going to see STOMP and I need to find a nice place for dinner. TIA!

One of my fav restaurants is a place called Flea Market on Avenue A and St. Marks Place. It would be a short walk from where the theatre is. Another great place is Cafe Mogador on St Marks between First ave and Avenue A.

The Telephone Bar and Grill...it's on 2nd Ave. between 9th and 10th. They have the best shepherd's pie. Mmm.

Little India is very close by also if you're in the mood for Indian food
i think its 7th street - you can't miss all the indian food places and they're all very reasonably priced
