When do you make your cookies for the holidays
How early? I am cooking christmas dinner and am trying to find out when I should start making the cookies. Thanks

I always start baking mine about a week before xmas. I start then and then i do it a couple of times more during the week. I am starting this probably wed or thurs

Thanks, I think I am going to start sometime next week or next weekend. I am cooking christmas dinner so I want to prepare the cookies before.

I started this past monday I will be done tomorrow. I bring huge platters to people the week before xmas

I wanted to start today. But we had a wedding last night & I am exhausted!! So I think I'll just make some doughs today and start my baking on Tuesday / Wednesday!

If I bake choc chip cookies today and tomorrow, should I be freezing them for Christmas? Will they still be fresh next week?

just finished my last batch. They all get mailed out tomorrow.
Last year I made them on the 20th, but did not have to mail them.
