Does anyone ever self sabatoge?
I have been very frustrated I lost all of the baby weight from baby #3 and recently gained 15lbs of it back and none of my pants fit. I go to the gym and take classes, I enjoy working out a lot. My problem is constantly eating with out control. I see cookies and think to myself "don't eat them, don't eat them" and then they are gone. I just feel like I'm blowing it for myself.

Can you maybe not buy cookies? If they aren't in the house, then at least you won't eat them there?

Re: Does anyone ever self sabatoge?
this is me, every night! lol I eat perfectly *usually* all day long but I always have something sweet after dinner, need it, want it, but my mind says NO NO NO! I usually eat less at dinner b/c I know this is how I operate.
My best bet is to not keep it in the house

Re: Does anyone ever self sabatoge?
well cookies were the example I mean it can be anything I end up having lack of self control on. It makes me mad because I'm fully capable of control I have lost all the baby weight after all 3 of my kids I've just hit this like major hunger streak and it's highly annoying.

Don't buy junk. If your kids want it, get them the little snack sizes for them... The more variety you have in junk, the more you'll eat. Get wheat crackers, pretzels, and hummos. Cut up vegetables and fruit, that way it's available when you are ready to snack!
