Almonds....
I never eat almonds went to to store yesterday..saw a bag and had to have them  then I read this..."almonds are recognized as a sign of fertility, and are a symbolic representation of the bride and groom and their little ones to come." I did not know that...

oh do not tell me i have to add this to my list of imaginary symptoms!! i have eaten a bag of marcona almonds in less than a week...i can't get enough of them!

That's why people give away Jordan Almonds at their weddings.
Damn me for being a "theme bride" and giving away candy corn!!
I'll just get rotten teeth!!

LOL, we had a temp work in our office and she was telling me all of these things to help fertility--
for MEn
Nuts like almonds, pistachio
Fruits- Bananas Mango
Avocados
drink caffeine 1 hr prior to TTC
Fish he should be eating it 5 x a week
For Us
Robitusson - expectorant
oh I cant remember there is more, I have to find the piece of paper I wrote them down on, she had some interesting points. I will update when I find that post it!
