30 Day Shred
I have been looking into this DVD, and just saw someone bump an old post. I just wanted to see if anyone had success on it....and if you were able to stick to it...I am always gung ho for like the first day , and then have trouble....maybe this will motivate me

I really like this DVD. It's perfect for me to do when I get home from work. 20 minutes and it's a great workout.
I definitely can stick to it when I have a normal work week. For the past 3 weeks though I've been working late almost every night so that's been cutting into my routine.
