Re: starting off slowly
Starting slow is the best way to go. I have been working on trying to improve my fitness as well and run longer and longer. They key is giving yourself time and not getting frustrated. It will not happen overnight. Persistence is key! Always trying to push yourself a little harder each time. I have heard the couch to 5k program is a great outlined program for starters. Good luck!

That's how I started! Slow is the best way to do it. Going too fast, too hard you will get overwhelmed and eventually stop.
Keep up the great work and most importantly just stick with it!!! You will not only lose weight but transform your body!
