field trip suggestions please
I am a middle school special ed teacher in Queens. I have 8-6th and 7th graders, 7 of whom are classified as MR. On the day of the ELA exam, Jan 20-21 I am looking to take them on a field trip... Not a big one (museum of nat. hist.) but a smaller trip. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please reply and/or FM me. I would really appreciate your help!

Where do you teach?
I teach in Queens and took my kids to the museum of the moving image in Astoria it was pretty lo key.
I have regular ed though.
Have you thought about a play at Queens College or Brooklyn College?
