Bad bad week
i took a major fall off the wagon this week. yes, i'm disappointed but i'm not going to let it get to me. i made a deal with myself. when i gain, i'm going to put the money i have left over in my wallet during the week into a piggy bank. lets see if that will help. its a new year so i want to make this into a new me

Awww...Gail, I know how you feel and have been there before. You probably weren't as bad as you think! But, the week is over now so just jump right back on that bandwagon! You have all of the tools you need and you know what you have to do. So, I'm confident that you will have no problem getting back on track!

thanks. what's hurting me is that i can't get to the gym. putting 11.5 hours a day this week. thank god the long hours will be over after tomorrow.
