Israeli Chicken?
Does anyone know the spices they use on the grill chicken in the Israeli/kosher restaurants? I have an idea and make chicken using paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and salt. I also squeeze a little lemon and olive oil.
I know Rachel Ray has a recipe but looking for other suggestions.

Thank you girls. This is exactly what I'm talking about. Now I feel like a bad Jew. I had no idea it was called Zatar.
