Who else is so excited the new season starts on Tuesday!! I am beyond excited. Jillian motivates me so much!!! Ive been using the biggest loser cookbook since 1/1/09 and so far lost 6 lbs. WAHOO!!!!!!!

i love that show. i can't wait for it to start. congrats on the loss. i have the cookbook also. a lot of the recipes is high in high. i try not to eat high in fat foods

I can't wait. DH and I are starting our diets on Jan 12th (we are going away this weekend so we will start when we get back). And I hoping this motivates me. I am hoping to get back into doing the 30 day shred too.

a workout DVD that Jillian Michales (sp?) put out that a lot of girls rave about....there are a couple of threads about it on here

Can't wait for tonight! I'm so glad that they put this season on so soon after the bummer that was last season (I mean, a group that made you want to root AGAINST them? that's not what the show is about!).
