I am so angry right now!!!!
DH and I are remodeling the kitchen in our co-op. We were unable to put our floor in because Con-Ed had failed to turn our gas off. I called them last Monday and made the request. They scheduled it for Thurs. between 12-4. Nobody ever showed up. I called and they apologized and rescheduled for Friday 12-4pm. Nobody showed. I called Friday and obviolusly was extremely upset. Again they apologized and said that someone would be put on MOnday for certain. Well, I have sat here for 3 days unable to leave my house and my friggin' gas is still on!!!!!! My kitchen project has already been thrown off by a week and I am so ready to scream!!!!! DH begged me to let him call this time so I can't wait to hear what the outcome is.
