Leftover lasagna cheese mixture
How long can I keep it for?
Is there anything I can do to make it last a few more days?

i would think if you put it in a tupperware it would last an extra couple of days. that's what i would do anyway.

You can make baked ziti or spaghetti pie with the leftover mixture.

Why not freeze it? you can freeze a whole lasagna, why not just the cheese mixture?
