Name on Resume (question)

Hi everyone! This is yet another resume question. I'm going to be sending out resumes very soon. I'm getting married in July and plan on changing my name. The resume is for September '09. What do I do about my name? I want to be known by my married name for the upcoming school year. When do I put it on my resume?? Okay I know this is a crazy question. Just wondering what everyone did. Hope everyone is having a good week!

I actually put both names on my resume with a hyphen. I figured if the school called for a reference my principal wouldn't know my married name. Once I was hired, I told my new principal I just got married and that I want to use my married name.

I would keep it your maiden name, you're not officially that name yet & none of your school records have that name/past employers.

When you come in/are hired, then you can tell the principal what name you wish to be called.

I did married name, and when I got my job in LI explained I had recently gotten married.
