the stamina isn't to tough for me to get back, but my strength s....ucks!
my post pregnancy body is in baaaaaaaad shape! I have NO strength . My muscles are so jiggly everywhere! Getting back into running is going pretty well. I'm taking it slow but doing better than I expected actually. As far as anything else, it's pathetic! I need some tips or encouragement, especially from moms who got themselves back in shape after baby!

I'm not a mom but I know that with hard work and some dedication you will get that strength back!!! It's just a matter of time!

I had my baby a year ago, it took me several weeks to get the energy to get moving. My limbs were like noodles. I felt I was working out for the first time again. BUT like you said start slow, do curcuit training or light weights .. you will get there.. you will feel soooooo good and will be strong before you know it... KUDOS TO YOU!! GOOD LUCK!! YOU CAN DO IT..
