How much for an engineer?
Did yours include a termite inspection?

Ours was done back in 2000. It included a termite inspection, and the owner had to fix some minor termite damage before we went to closing. I think we paid $200-300 (I don't remember, its been awhile!)

We used World Inspection Network. Our engineer was Jason Hicks. He was great and we highly recommend him. It cost us $450 including the termite inspection. Here's his info:

we paid $400 for ours and that included a termite inspection also....

I used them also, and used Tim Gill. I cannot say enough about Tim...very professional and extremely thorough.
That company hires fantastic people.
