I love the Fit! However, I do still go to the gym or running outside.
I think it is really good for supplementing gyms as well as Moms who can't really get to the gym.

I  my Wii Fit! The yoga is good, but it's good to know some of the form before you start on there so you can adjust accordingly...a couple of the poses are awkward on the board, but if you already know how to shuffle your body around to get it "right," it's great..I also like the running and hula hooping..enjoy it!! It's a lot of fun!

I agree, I absolutely love the fit and it supplements well with the gym. It keeps me active at home.
The yoga is great.
