I've got a cold :(

Sore throat, and a bit of a stuffy nose. Is doing some light working out (walking, stretching, etc.) okay? I don't want to get out of a routine, and this is when I always fall off the wagon.

What do you do when you get a little sick?

Depends on how sick I am. A slight cold I would still workout...close to my similar regimine.

A bad sinus infection, flu, fever, all usually set me back a few days.

Well, I thought it was just a head cold... but I've got a low fever now... so no working out for me :(

Somebody needs to keep on top of me to get back into my routine when I'm better!

Any takers?

if it's a bad cold - I stop for a few days. I've been having a...umm...productive cough lately - so there's a lot of action going on when I breath and I just slowed my pace down to give my lungs a bit of a break.

I am the same way and it always sets be back to. I am actually going to try yoga or pilates and maybe that will help.. Feel better
