New Here on this board
Hey everyone, I finally decided that I am going to try to be healthier and work out We have a tredmill and eliptical in our house. Before my wedding i was doing personal training but its very expensive and I am just not motivated to do it anymore
I am doing 20 minutes on the tredmill and 10 minutes on the elipitical to start.
I've switched to non fat white mochas and no whip at starbucks and oatmeal
It is really hard but i came across some old pics and some old clothes that i can not fit into anymore and its very sad.
I am not overweight by any means, but i am not happy and We go out a lot to eat, and eat at odd hours, so its going to be hard adjust. Hoping to get some support on this board! Thanks!!!
DH just ordered dominos...and i had 2 eggwhites scrambled

your DH needs to be on board with you eating healthy (like not ordering dominos infront of you!)
it's hard to do alone- u'll need his support too!

Welcome, and best of luck! It can be a difficult adjustment (ordering steamed shrimp and veggies instead of my usual sesame chicken was painful!) but it'll be worth it.
But remember - you don't need to outlaw foods, just eat in moderation once you feel you're ready :)
